What is the shipping cost?
  • All orders over $25 ship for free! If you need expedited shipping, the shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
  • When shipping within the continental United States, your order will arrive 5-10 business days after the order was placed.
  • Orders shipping to U.S. Territories and APO/FPO military sites may take additional transit time and cannot be expedited. Please allow up to 21 days for delivery.
  • Please note that there will be shipping delays during sale periods and major holidays and this timeline cannot be guaranteed
Do you ship internationally?
  • Yes, we ship all over the world. All orders over $25 ship for free! 
  • For international orders, customers are responsible for customs clearance fees and any applicable import duties or taxes.
  • International sales, personalization, and sale items are final sale and no returns will be accepted.

Return

What is Coco Cuddle’s return policy?
  • We hope you love your items, but we understand that things don’t always work out. We are happy to accept returns for items purchased on cococuddle.com within 14 days from the date of purchase. 
  • Items must be in unworn, unwashed, and unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact to be eligible for a refund.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which include: A $5 flat return fee, plus $1 restocking fee per item
  • International sales, personalizations, and sale items are final sale and no returns will be accepted.

How do I return an item?
  • To start a return, please visit our Contact Us page and select Return as the type of inquiry. Be sure to include your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll send you a return label within 1-2 business days.
  • International sales, personalization, and sale items are final sale and no returns will be accepted.

How can I make an exchange?
  • We do not offer exchanges directly. The best way to get a different size, color, or item is to return your order and place a new one.
What should I do if an item is damaged or defective?
  • If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturer defect, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery.
  • No return or restocking fees apply, USA or International.
  • To start the process, please visit our Contact Us page and select Return as the type of inquiry. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue and photo of the damage or defecte on the product. We’ll send you a return label and guide you through the next steps.

How is the refund processed?
  • Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you to confirm whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method.
  • Please note that once we receive your package, it may take up to 7 days for the refund to appear on your account.

Fabric & Care

Do I need to wash the sleep bag before the first use?
  • Yes, we recommend washing your Coco Cuddle sleeping bag before the first use to ensure freshness and softness.
How should I wash my Coco Cuddle sleeping bag?
  • Our bags are made from Viscose made from bamboo and/or cotton, which is a durable, breathable blend that is easy to care for: Machine wash cold with like colors. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low.
Are Coco Cuddle products sustainable?
  • We care about both people and the planet. Our products are made with thoughtfully chosen materials, including muslin bamboo fabric, bamboo  blended fabric, and 100% cotton, selected for their softness, comfort, and more earth-friendly qualities.
  • Our fabrics are OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified, meaning they have been tested for harmful substances and are safe for your baby’s delicate skin.

Sizing & Fit

How do I choose the right size?
  • Coco Cuddle sleeping bags are designed with a slightly loose, comfortable fit that allows room for kicking and growth.
  • To find the perfect fit for your little one, we recommend selecting the size based on height rather than age. Please refer to the chart below for detailed measurements and guidance

Choosing the Right Warmth for Your Baby

What is TOG?
  • TOG (Thermal Overall Grade) is a simple scale that tells you how warm a fabric is, so you can pick a sleep bag that keeps your baby comfortable through the night.
  • A lower TOG is lighter and more breathable; a higher TOG is thicker and warmer.
How do I know if my baby is too hot or too cold?
  • Some of our sleep bags come with a visual temperature indicator located near the back of the neck. It helps reflect the temperature around your baby’s neck area and gives you a simple guide to whether your little one may feel cool, comfortable, or warm. 
  • Check your baby’s temperature by gently touching the chest or the back of the neck. These areas should feel warm but not sweaty. Hands and feet may feel cool and are not reliable indicators of overall warmth.
How do I choose the right TOG?
  • Pick the TOG based on room temperature. Lower TOG means a lighter, more breathable fabric and higher TOG means a thicker, warmer fabric for cooler nights.
  • 0.5 TOG - ideal for summer or rooms above 74 °F.
  • 1.0 TOG - perfect for spring and fall, or rooms between 69–73 °F.
  • 2.5 TOG - best for winter or rooms below 68°F.

Personalization & Embroidery

Do you offer personalization?
  • Yes, we offer personalized embroidery on select products, including sleep bags, blankets, and crib sheets. You can add your little one’s name or initials to create a special keepsake piece.
Can I change or cancel my personalized order after it is placed?
  • Personalized embroidered items are made just for you, so all sales are final once the order is submitted. Personalized orders cannot be changed, canceled, returned, or exchanged after purchase.
