- Free standard shipping (Expected Delivery: 3-6 Business Days) is offered to customers on orders of $25 or more. Â
- For international orders, customers are responsible for customs clearance fees and any applicable import duties or taxes.
Returns & Refunds (USA & International)
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how our returns and refunds work:
Standard Returns (USA)
- You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return and must ship it back within 7 days.
- Items must be in the same condition as received: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
- Exchanges are not offered. The best way to get a different size, color, or item is to return your order and place a new one.
Return Fees (USA):
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which include:A $5 flat return fee, plus$1 restocking fee per item
How to Return (USA):
- To start a return, please visit our Contact Us page and select Return as the type of inquiry. Be sure to include your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll send you a return label within 1-2 business days.
Returns Outside the USA
- International sales are final sale and no returns will be accepted.
Damaged or Manufacturer Defects
- If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturer defect, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery.
- No return or restocking fees apply, USA or International.
- To start the process, please visit our Contact Us page and select Return as the type of inquiry. Include your order number and a brief description or photo of the issue. We’ll send you a return label and guide you through the next steps.
Refunds
- Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you to confirm whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method.
- Please note that once we receive your package, it may take up to 7 days for the refund to appear on your account.
Personalized Items
- Personalized or custom-made items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or have a manufacturer defect.
